Kiwa Code of Conduct
Acting professionally. Doing business with integrity. Upholding our clients' reputations as well as our own. Treating people and the environment honestly and with respect. Acting in a socially responsible manner. Working together and thinking about the way we work. Considering the ethical dimensions of our actions. All these things sound quite logical. It is only logical we uphold these values every day as we take pride in the fact that our products and services add value by helping to create trust in products, processes and organisations.
The Kiwa Code of Conduct is meant as a frame of mind for employees and as a statement towards all Kiwa stakeholders. The Code should be used as a guideline for everyone working at or for Kiwa to act wisely and according to common sense when it comes to proper behaviour.

We are committed to demonstrating and living up to high standards of corporate ethical behaviour. This commitment rests on the personal actions and accountability of each and every one at Kiwa. Our core values are our moral and ethical compass that enables us to do business with integrity and honesty. We base our actions on these 10 questions:
1. Is it against Kiwa or professional standards? 2. Does it feel right? 3. Is it legal? 4. Will it reflect negatively on myself or Kiwa? 5. Who else could be affected by this? 6. Would I be embarrassed if others knew my course of action? 7. Is there an alternative action that does not pose an ethical conflict? 8. How would this look in the newspapers? 9. What would a reasonable person think? 10. Can I sleep at night when doing this?
